If an order is cancelled because of an incorrect price, we will communicate the cancellation and handle any applicable payment reversal or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.

An order confirmation or acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that Oleeves has accepted the order in every circumstance.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible customers and delivery locations.

Customers placing COD orders are required to provide accurate and valid:

Oleeves reserves the right to accept or reject a COD order before dispatch based on factors including:

For certain COD options, including 100% COD, an additional shipping or COD-related charge may apply.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Oleeves currently ships within India.

Estimated delivery times, shipping charges, COD charges, delivery attempts, courier-related delays, and other delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, holidays, location, transportation issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery information and cooperate with reasonable delivery requirements.

11. Exchanges

Oleeves currently operates an exchange-only policy.

Products are not generally eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Eligible exchanges are subject to the conditions and timeframe set out in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before placing an order.
